Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in testing web and/or mobile applications
- Attention to detail and strong interest in testing and product quality
- An understanding of web-delivered and mobile-delivered applications
- Ability to identify risks and potential areas of concern with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Experience in working with agile scrum development methodologies
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing
- Familiarity with GitFlow is a plus
- Familiarity with REST APIs is a plus
- Having a background in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is beneficial
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is a plus
- Software development experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Applying various testing approaches to all web-based and mobile-based products developed by the dev team
- Breakdown feature components outlined in design specifications into a structured test plan with consideration for; functionality, the user experience, and metrics
- Collaborating with design and engineering to identify areas of concern
- Testing and confirming features on new and existing projects
- Attending feature design meetings and creating internal documentation
- Identifying issues and generating issue reports
- Assisting developers with issue analysis
